The Challenge:
MangoTango was commissioned by UNIDO Agro-Food and Tourism Enterprise Recovery (AFTER) to provide training to build capacity and performance of MSMEs in business operations and digital marketing.
The Process:
We conducted a training needs assessment to determine the right level of training, developed the training materials, and provided training in Khmer designed to support the MSMEs.
The Outcome:
We provided training sessions in 5 batches to 36 different MSMEs based in Phnom Penh, Kompong Chhnang, Pursat and Battambang. We supported the training with mentoring sessions.
The Result:
The MSMEs involved in these training and mentoring sessions have implemented their skills and knowledge in their businesses. They have all seen significant improvements in their digital marketing success and in their business operations.
